Tasteful matters

Once upon a time there was a tv show called Game of thrones which made a widespread impact throughout the earthlings, but left a nonexistent trace on a smaller world, the one in which lived a weird twenty-something guy whose name we will tell later. In this little world – who was fortunate enough to build its own paradise – there was a pragmatic tradition established over time: when a movie, a book or a person became a mass phenomenon at any level, they would immediately be devalued of all interest. This automatic downgrading was due to the undeniable fact that the human kind had become for the most part an evil and alienated species, who preferred selling rage and souls rather than developing reason and taste. Therefore, the little world introduced a rule by which what was pleasing to human kind had to be necessarily evil, too. And the guy never felt the need to break his own rule.
